DELIVERY WINDOWS

Once your item is dispatched, you will receive tracking details with your estimated arrival date. Please see shipping tariffs below:

UK - £10

EU - £20

USA - £35  

AEO - £35

SAU - £40

ROW - £40

We aim to dispatch all our orders within 7 working days (unless stated otherwise) and will be in touch with the shipment date within 24 hours of order confirmation. 

Please note that our order cut off time is 12 noon GMT and orders placed on a weekend (or on a Friday afternoon) will be processed the following working day. 

International delivery times may vary, particularly if shipments are subject to customs and duty procedures beyond our control. Please see the taxes, duties & customs section below for more information.

Please note that shipping times may also vary when subject to national holidays and bank holidays.

If our supply of the items is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end our contract with you and we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided but we may deduct or charge you compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.

 

RETURNS

You can return any item to us free of charge within 14 days receipt of goods providing the items are in the original condition with tags attached.

Items will be inspected upon arrival and any items that do not meet the above requirements or are returned worn, used, altered or damaged will be returned to sender and a refund will not be issued.

To arrange a return, please contact returns@safiyaa.com to obtain a prepaid returns label to send back your item(s).

Please note shipping, customs and duties charges are non-refundable. However, we will refund shipping charges when we have made a shipping error.

TAX, DUTIES & CUSTOMS

All countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning the final price payable is inclusive of all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the delivery destination country.

Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods may be held at customs. We will inform you in the unlikely event that this would occur. We will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

Delivery charges are calculated according to the size, weight and destination of your order. The exact delivery charges for your specific order will be listed at the end of the online checkout process before you submit your order.

 

LOCAL CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom will be placed in GBP (£).

Orders shipped to Europe will be placed in EUR (€).

Orders shipped to Saudi Arabia will be placed in SAR (ر.س).

For other shipping countries, prices may be displayed in your local currency; however, all final payments are taken in GBP (£).

We are unable to control the exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund so on occasions there may be small changes in the amount paid and amount refunded. We shall not be liable for any currency fluctuations and any discrepancy in the refunded amount.

 

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.

SAFIYAA ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS

Any Safiyaa items purchased from boutiques, departments stores or any other location selling our merchandise cannot be returned to safiyaa.com
