Delivery Windows

Each Safiyaa garment is crafted with precision and care. Orders are typically dispatched within 7 working days (unless otherwise stated) from London, New York or Kaunas, with shipment details provided within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed after 12 noon GMT or during weekends (including Friday afternoons) will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details along with an estimated delivery date.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order, with the exact amount shown at checkout before purchase.

Estimated Shipping Costs:

  • UK – £10
  • EU - €35
  • ROW - £50


At the point of checkout, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date. If your order is delayed by more than three working days beyond this estimated date, you may cancel any unshipped items and request a refund to your original payment method.

For customised orders, a delivery date will be confirmed by our atelier team shortly after your order is placed.

Customised vs. Non-Customised Garments

Customised Garments

A garment is defined as “customised” when it is produced specifically to your requirements and includes any of the following:

  • Adjustments to sizing, fit, or measurements based on your request

  • Changes to design elements, including fabric, colour, embellishments, or finishes

  • Any garment that differs from our standard collection offering due to personalisation

Non-Customised Garments

A garment is considered “non-customised” if it is ordered as offered in our collection, with no changes made to fit or design:

  • Standard collection items purchased in standard sizes

No alterations to measurements, design details, or finishes

Return & Cancellations Policy

Cancellations

Each Safiyaa piece is meticulously made-to-order, crafted to reflect our uncompromising standards of craftsmanship and detail. We accept cancellations on non-customised pieces within 14 days of placing your order.


Returns

Returns are accepted on non-customised pieces within 14 days of receipt, free of charge, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.

Upon receipt, the garment will be carefully inspected. Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the client.

To initiate a return, please contact returns@safiyaa.com with your full name and order number. You will receive a prepaid return label for your convenience. Please note that shipping, customs, and duties charges are non-refundable, unless an error has occurred on our part.


Exchanges & Store Credit 

For non-customised pieces or standard orders with a colour change, we are happy to arrange an exchange or offer store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

If a returned piece does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to you and we will be unable to proceed with the exchange or issue store credit.


Customised & Bespoke Garments

Each customised Safiyaa piece —including adjustments to sizing, fit, or design—is created uniquely for you, reflecting your personal preferences. As such, these garments are considered final sale. However, we are pleased to offer complimentary alterations to help refine the fit to perfection, with as many fittings as needed—either in our showrooms or virtually, wherever you are.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

We offer a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service to most destinations, meaning all import duties and taxes are included in your final purchase price at checkout.

However, some countries are not eligible for DDP. In these cases, local import charges may apply. You will be notified directly by the courier once your order arrives in the destination country and is ready to clear customs. Please note: these charges will not appear at checkout and will only be disclosed upon courier notification.

The following countries are not eligible for DDP:

Albania, American Samoa, Angola, Anguilla, Antigua, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Chad, Dem. Local Currency Flucations

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom will be placed in GBP (£).
Orders shipped to Europe will be placed in EUR (€).
Orders shipped to Saudi Arabia will be placed in SAR (ر.س).

For other shipping countries, prices may be displayed in your local currency; however, all final payments are taken in GBP (£).

We are unable to control the exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund so on occasions there may be small changes in the amount paid and amount refunded. We shall not be liable for any currency fluctuations and any discrepancy in the refunded amount.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products

Each Safiyaa piece is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our highest standards. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or has been processed incorrectly, please notify us within 7 days of receipt, including supporting photographs.

To arrange a replacement and receive your return shipping label, kindly contact returns@safiyaa.com with your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.

Nothing in these terms will affect your statutory legal rights.
