Made to Order

What is the difference between Made to Order, Custom and Bespoke?

Made to Order refers to our existing designs, crafted in your selected size.
Custom allows you to personalise an existing Safiyaa design through changes such as colour, fit, silhouette or embroidery.
Bespoke is a completely individual design created specifically for you, from initial concept through to the finished garment.

Is every Safiyaa piece made to order?

Yes. Every Safiyaa piece is made to order, meaning your garment is crafted once your order has been placed rather than produced and held as ready-to-wear stock.

How long does a Made-to-Order piece take?

Made-to-Order pieces are usually shipped within 7 working days. Production times may vary depending on the style and fabric availability. Please check the product page before placing your order.

What can I customise?

Depending on the design, you can personalise elements such as colour, embroidery, silhouette, length, sleeves, neckline and fit. Our team will advise you on what is possible for your chosen piece.

Can my piece be made to my measurements?

Yes. Depending on the design, we can offer standard sizing, split sizing or Made to Measure. Our team will advise you on the most suitable option.

Can I choose a different colour?

Yes. Selected designs can be created in alternative colours, subject to fabric availability and the requirements of the design.

Can I customise the embroidery?

Selected embroidery can be adapted or personalised depending on the design. Our team can advise you on the available options.

Can I change the length, sleeves or neckline?

Selected design details can be adapted as part of our Custom service. The options available will depend on the construction and proportions of the original design.

Can I customise a design from a previous collection?

Archive designs may be available for customisation, subject to fabric, pattern and production availability.

Do I need to visit a Safiyaa showroom for Customisation?

No. Our Custom service can be arranged either in person or remotely. Our Client Services team can guide you through the process and measurements virtually.
