When making a purchase you will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the item(s) from us. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This is NOT an order confirmation or order acceptance from SAFiYAA, just a confirmation that we have received your request. We will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the items that you ordered are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order or by telephone. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an email from us notifying you that we have dispatched the items ordered by you. We reserve the right not to accept your order if the item ordered is out of stock, the item does not satisfy our quality control standards, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. If we are unable to fulfil your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. We will try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that any particular item will always be available. Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express, Delta, or UK Maestro cards. Maestro credit cards are not accepted. The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. All payments on SAFiYAA are processed via SagePay processing service. SAFiYAA assumes no liability whatsoever for the availability and functionality of this service. SAFiYAA assumes no liability for any financial loss caused by the use of SagePay. The following applies to all transactions that are carried out with SagePay electronically.
Prices and Delivery
All prices for items available via the website shown in GBP are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. All prices shown in Euros are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate but will be charged to the customer in GBP. At point of purchase VAT will be deducted from the subtotal if the delivery address stated is outside the EU. Prices shown in USD are exclusive of VAT and appropriate shipping costs will be allocated when the delivery address is selected. Prices shown in USD will be charged to the customer in GBP.
Exchange rates used by Shopify are refreshed twice a day and pulled from http://www.xe.com. You should be aware that although rates are automatically scheduled for 00:00 GMT and 07:00 GMT.
Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer where they apply. Safiyaa.com is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

All orders will be delivered between 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to amend address details or redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Please note that we do not dispatch any orders over the weekend. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Mondays. We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible after we have verified the availability of goods, your payment has been authorised and all our fraud checks are complete. Order cut-off times, dispatch estimates and transit times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, adverse weather conditions, stock availability or other such events. If your order has not been delivered within the timeframe specified as per your confirmation email, please get in touch with us and we will assist you to track your parcel. As we process your order, we will inform you as soon as possible if any products you ordered become unavailable or have any known quality issues.
Please note that we will be closed on all UK Bank Holidays and will therefore only dispatch orders the following working day.
Tax, Customs and Duty
All countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning product prices are displayed exclusive of all import duties, customs and local sales tax levied by the delivery destination country. As the recipient, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by the country being shipped to, payment on these is necessary in order to release your order from customs on arrival. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay. If you are buying from outside the UK, you may also incur duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. Delivery charges are calculated according to the size, weight and destination of your order. The exact delivery charges for your specific order will be listed at the end of the online checkout process before you submit your order.
NEW ARRIVALS POLICY
- Merchandise can be returned for a full refund with 7 days of the delivery.
- Merchandise can be returned for a full store credit or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
- Sale merchandise cannot be returned, exchange only.
- We do not accept returns on sample sale merchandise. All sales are final.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
Upon receipt of returned goods, Safiyaa reserves the right to deny return if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.
ORDER AND PRE-ORDER RETURNS POLICIES
As each of these items are made per client order, it is a 50% non-refundable order. If an exchange of size is required, this can be done at no extra cost. If an exchange of style is required, only a difference in item price will be paid. If a return is requested, only 50% of the order will be refunded back to the client.
We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To receive your shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
SAFiYAA ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS
Any SAFiYAA items purchased from boutiques, departments stores or any other location selling our merchandise cannot be returned to safiyaa.com

Refunds and Gift Returns
We strive to process your refund within 14 days of the date of cancellation/return notice. All correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes (for all EU shipments), excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Should you wish to return an item, given to you as a gift, purchased at our online boutique we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you the refunded money as refunds will only be credited to the purchaser. However, we would be delighted to assist you with any exchanges and ask that you contact Stephanie Adcock on email@example.com.
Product Care Special care has been taken in assuring that the colour of all products on our website matches the real product colour as accurately as possible. As different computer resolutions may indicate slight variation in sharpness and clarity of the colours, we are unable to guarantee the exact product colour as seen on screen.
Passing of property and risk
Entitlement to the products is passed to you on the date we receive full payment for the products ordered. Legal ownership of the items will immediately revert to SAFiYAA if we refund any such payment to you. Once a product has been delivered to and received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of the product shall pass to you. All liability of returned goods shall remain with you until we receive them.
